Shipping and Holiday Schedule for the 2009 Lunar New Year

The Chinese Lunar New Year is around the corner. In the greater Chinese regions this is seen as the most valuable time of the year -- just like Christmas in the West.

VolumeRate customer support and shipping will be temporarily unavailable between January 24th, 2009 to January 30th, 2009.

Site Notice ---- Not Get Replied by Ticket System?

Lately we found out that the ticket system is stopping to send auto-notifications after we replied your messages, so you have to  bookmark your ticket or save the access key, and re-check it from a certain time for our reply. (we normally will respond within 24 hours in weekdays).
